I moved into my place back in September and I'm just now starting to get things up on the walls. This spot is a part of my living room area. I bought the poster on Etsy and hung it next to two of my own photos. Next, I'm hoping to finally decide on the photos I want to hang in the upstairs hallway...

Well, it took me most of the day but I got the closet finished all by myself! I wasn't expecting the shelf (that was in there) to be so hard to remove. It had no less than 40 very long nails holding it in place and it took a lot of wrestling to pry it from the wall. I had to patch it all up and repaint the area before I could even get started on the new shelving. I still need to reorganize the kitchen but that's not happening tonight. The sofa calls...

This is a before shot of the closet that sits right by my front door. I bought an ELFA shelf system for it this weekend so that I can have some additional storage for the kitchen. My goal is to get it done by the end of the week... we'll see how that goes!
